FILM SYNOPSIS:

Funny and touching, Beyond the Wall is a story of hope and discovery as four teenagers from Washington DC Public Schools get the chance to study in China.

The film follows them as they grasp this life-changing opportunity to explore beyond their inner-city neighborhoods and immerse themselves in a different culture.

After befriending Chinese teachers and school children with limited circumstances and big ambitions, the teenagers return to Washington DC with a new perspective of the world and their own lives.

Featuring cameos from President Obama, will.i.am and John Legend Beyond The Wall is the story of these four funny, inspiring kids on their journey of discovery.
